From grassroots to global — we spotlighted how African youth and technology are shaping the future of sport with integrity at its core. organized by Sport Integrity Global Alliance and hosted by Initiative For Development through Sport(fka SPYD). The conversation focused on digital transformation in sports governance across Africa with panelists discussing how technology is shaping grassroots sports and athlete development. The discussion also explored various aspects of digital innovation in sports, including fan engagement platforms, esports development, and the importance of safeguarding young athletes in the digital age. For the future of African sports to be secured, there is the need for integrity, innovation, and strategic partnerships to drive growth in the digital sports landscape.
